What we do
We lease warehouse units that are great shops for your business or hobby. They all have power, unit heaters, restrooms, concrete floors, large overhead doors, and are easy for large trucks to access. Look for our current vacant units in the Boise craigslist. Go to the "Housing" section, then the "office & commercial" subsection and do a search for a warehouse. Call us at 208/322-5333 or stop in our office at 605 E. 46th St., unit #23, in Garden City, Idaho (from Chinden Ave, turn North on 46th Street toward the Boise River ... we are in the warehouse building to the right, facing the river ... look for the American Flag). Jim is our property manager. He will answer all of your questions about these units. Give him a call at 208/322-5333 anytime between 9:00am and 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. Larry is our "shop" guy. He has been working with these warehouse units for over three decades.
