The business complex has multiple light industrial units in seven buildings.  It is located next to the Boise River, between 45th and 46th streets in Garden City, Idaho.  There are large parking lots, easy for delivery truck traffic. The units all have electrical service, restroom, unit heaters, and overhead doors.
